Maintenance & Operations Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a practical and reliable Maintenance / Operations Manager who keeps the property safe, functional, and running without drama. You will oversee daily maintenance operations and make sure issues are handled quickly and properly.

What you will be responsible for

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Ensure guest rooms, equipment, and public areas are fully functional

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems

• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance issues

• Keep maintenance logs, service records, and schedules up to date

• Coordinate repairs and projects with external contractors and vendors

• Monitor utility usage and support energy efficiency efforts

• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and operational regulations
