Houseman

The Role:

We are looking for a reliable Houseman to support the housekeeping team and help maintain clean, organized, and well-prepared guest areas. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and guest comfort.

What you will be responsible for

• Assist housekeeping staff with the distribution of linen and supplies

• Clean and maintain corridors, staircases, service areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Remove trash and soiled linen from guest floors and service areas

• Support room attendants during peak operational periods

• Respond to guest requests, including extra beds and additional amenities

• Set up rooms to meet special guest needs or requests

• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department
