The Role
We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support our Operations Director in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth coordination of all operational departments.
What you will be responsible for
Assist the Operations Director in supervising all hotel operational departments
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction across all areas
Coordinate daily operations involving Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments
Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and operational efficiency
Support team Supervisors in achieving departmental goals and maintaining service standards
Handle guest concerns and assist in resolving operational challenges
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative operational tasks
What we are looking for

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
General technical skills relevant to hotel operations
Working knowledge of hotel departments, including:
Maintenance
Housekeeping and Public Areas
Front Desk and Guest Relations
Reservations
Sales & Marketing
Basic understanding of labor laws, staffing, and HR processes
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
